Nap Chief is a fast-growing kidswear brand loved by parents across India for our quirky, comfortable, and high-quality designs. We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly driven individual to work directly with the Founder someone who loves working with data, building systems, and solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on operational and growth priorities
• Own data end to end build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports that actually get used
• Map existing processes, identify what's broken or slow, and rebuild it cleaner
• Document processes in a way that's easy for anyone to pick up and use
• Set up automation to reduce repetitive work across ops, reporting, and coordination
• Use AI tools to speed up research, summarize inputs, and build smarter workflows
• Coordinate across teams to keep projects moving without needing to be chased yourself
• Take on ambiguous problems, figure out the approach, and deliver with minimal handholding

You're Probably Someone Who

• Has 12 years of experience in Executive, Operations, Business, Coordination, MIS, or related roles
• Is strong with Excel / Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, trackers.
• Is comfortable working with data and numbers, and can turn them into clear insights
• Has used automation tools
• Actively uses AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity as part of daily work not just aware of them
• Has a strong ownership mindset and a bias for action over waiting
• Communicates clearly in writing and in person
• Is highly organized, adaptable, and can work independently without handholding
• Picks up new tools and skills quickly when needed
