Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and flexibility to travel internationally when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the executive
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of priorities
• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
