Reporting To: CEO / Director / Senior Management
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
