Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting the leadership team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and coordinating with suppliers. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing documents, drafting presentations, and ensuring timely follow-up on key tasks and initiatives. The Executive Assistant will also assist with office administration, maintain records, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and help streamline processes to support efficient studio operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document organization, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with productivity tools and software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership, ideally in design, architecture, or a creative services environment.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
