Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
Assist in event planning, exhibitions, and business meetings
Manage office communications including emails and calls
Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling senior management or directors
Exposure to event/exhibition coordination (preferred)
Knowledge of travel coordination and vendor management
