Job Responsibilities


  • He/she will provide support and assistance to the CEO of SATS Food Solutions India (SFSI) in developing, implementing, and monitoring new business strategies / initiatives for the organization.
  • The role holder will work with defined set of functions and businesses and assist them in developing annual Planning and Budgeting process. He/she will work to ensure that the feedback from the CEO is incorporated by coordination and follow through.
  • The incumbent will work with the functions to define, coordinate, and conduct discussion on dashboards and MIS, as part of the preparation of monthly executive committee meetings and functional reviews.
  • Special Projects - There would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and when the need arises.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication with all business stakeholders in BUs/functions
  • Work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the employee's part.
  • In addition to these activities, the role holder would also be responsible for tracking of Business Growth and Transformation initiatives for each function and businesses.
  • Preparing Minutes of the Meeting
  • Managing CEO calendar and itinerary
