Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communication, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in all executive matters.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

Take meeting notes and track action items for follow-ups

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams/stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion

Assist in strategic planning, research, and special projects

Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day executive tasks


Required Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working closely with senior leadership/CEO

Background in real estate or fast-paced startup environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
