Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and appointments efficiently
• Coordinate internal & external meetings, client interactions, and travel arrangements
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, business documents, and data summaries
• Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence on behalf of executives
• Maintain confidential records, files, and company documentation
• Track expenses, reports, and administrative processes
• Assist in project coordination, task follow-ups, and cross-team communication
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas & MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Provide end-to-end executive support and operational assistance

Requirements

• Suitable for candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools (automation tools, basic AI productivity tools)
• A self-driven, proactive Go-Getter attitude
• Ahmedabad Based Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in executive support / administrative roles is a plus
