Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide executive support, and coordinate meetings and schedules. Key responsibilities include managing expense reports, preparing documents, responding to correspondence, and facilitating effective communication between the executive team . The role requires proactive problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
• Proficient in managing Expense Reports and providing comprehensive Executive Support
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in office software tools , crm and AI
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an added advantage
