Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Assist the MD in strategic planning, execution, and tracking of key business initiatives
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and business analysis for decision-making
  • Coordinate with department heads to monitor progress on strategic goals and projects
  • Follow up on action points from leadership meetings and ensure timely closure

2. Meeting Management (Core Responsibility)

  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas in consultation with the MD
  • Attend key meetings and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear action items
  • Track and follow up on deliverables arising from meetings
  • Ensure effective coordination for internal and external meetings, including board meetings

3. Executive Coordination

  • Manage MDs calendar, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently
  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen communications, prioritize emails, and draft responses on behalf of the MD
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents

4. Communication & Documentation

  • Draft high-quality presentations, reports, and official correspondence
  • Prepare business review documents, dashboards, and MIS reports
  • Maintain organized records of meetings, decisions, and strategic plans

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and external partners
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across departments for MD-driven initiatives
  • Represent the MD in meetings when required


Qualifications

BSC Chemistry

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
