Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, highly organized individual to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers high exposure and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and has a strong learning mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founders calendar, meetings, and priorities effectively
- Prepare for meetings: agendas, presentations, and briefing notes
- Draft emails, documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Founder
- Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics seamlessly
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and coordination tasks
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Flexible with work timings and adaptable to business needs
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
