Job Title: Founders Office / Executive Assistant

Location: Varthur, Whitefield, Bangalore

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Experience: 05 years


Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, highly organized individual to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers high exposure and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, and has a strong learning mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founders calendar, meetings, and priorities effectively
  • Prepare for meetings: agendas, presentations, and briefing notes
  • Draft emails, documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Founder
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics seamlessly


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and coordination tasks
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Flexible with work timings and adaptable to business needs
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
