Aydus is a distribution consulting firm for the biggest global companies. We control 500M views/month in the US. Clients include The North Face, Flo Health, Polymarket and Deel.

What's the job about?

• You own my calendar end to end. You schedule, reschedule, and decline on my behalf. You protect blocks for deep work, batch my meetings so I'm not context-switching all day, and before every call you tell me who I'm talking to, why, and what I need going in. I should never have to think about my own schedule again.
• You run my inbox. Triage everything, draft replies in my voice, answer what you can without me, and surface only what actually needs me.
• You handle all my travel. Flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries. When something breaks at 2am in a different timezone, you fix it before I wake up.
• You take projects off my plate completely. "Find an interior designer for my home" or "get us a PR firm that lands Aydus in the New York Times, WSJ and Forbes" means you source them, hire them, manage them, and deliver the result. I don't follow up. You close it.
• You run my personal life so it stops stealing my time. Appointments, errands, household, bills, reimbursements, the recurring small stuff that piles up. You handle it before it reaches me.
• You're the bridge between me and the team when I travel. You know what's moving, what's stuck, and what needs me. You unblock the rest yourself so the business runs while I'm gone.

The goal behind all of it: I execute better, I save hours every day, and I'm free to do only the few things that actually need me.

• You're an execution machine. You take a vague goal, work out the steps yourself, and finish. Closing things is a personality trait for you.
• You're smart.
• I can trust you with my personal life completely. Discretion is non-negotiable.
• You move fast and you do what you say you'll do, every time.

• You think some tasks are beneath you.
• You're a talker, not a doer.
• You go quiet when something's ambiguous.
