Job Description
The Executive Assistant / Admin Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This position will primarily focus on administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide coordination support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files
- Maintain attendance and leave records of employees
- Support general back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- 1-2 year of experience in Administration / Executive Assistant / similar role
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (mandatory)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in an administrative-focused role will be preferred
