Job Description

The Executive Assistant / Admin Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This position will primarily focus on administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide coordination support to the management team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files
  • Maintain attendance and leave records of employees
  • Support general back-office and administrative tasks assigned by management


Qualifications


  • 1-2 year of experience in Administration / Executive Assistant / similar role
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali (mandatory)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in an administrative-focused role will be preferred
