About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant who's comfortable using AI as their second brain. You'll be the operational backbone supporting the founder across multiple ventures, with primary focus on DriftNgin. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in systems, learns tools fast, and treats AI not as a buzzword but as a daily collaborator to get more done.

What You'll Do

• Manage the founder's inbox: review, prioritize, draft, and send emails using AI-assisted workflows
• Handle day-to-day communications around DriftNgin partner outreach, project status check-ins, follow-ups with vendors and collaborators
• Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) setup, monitoring, basic creative iteration with AI tools
• Manage social media posting and scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Perform light technical maintenance on Shopify stores product updates, theme tweaks, troubleshooting with AI assistance for our clients
• Fill out online applications, forms, grant submissions, and vendor onboarding using AI to draft and streamline
• Track project status across multiple ventures and surface what needs the founder's attention
• Use modern email and outreach tools (Gmail, Outlook, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) for campaigns and one-off communications
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in EA, VA, operations, or chief-of-staff-style role
• Genuinely fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) you use them daily, not occasionally
• Comfortable poking around platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and social schedulers without needing hand-holding
• Strong written English; can draft a clean email or LinkedIn post that doesn't sound like AI wrote it
• Self-directed you ask the right questions, then go figure it out
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive business information
