Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents and presentations, maintaining records, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role also involves organizing meetings and events, preparing agendas and minutes, following up on action items, and ensuring timely information flow between executives and teams. The Executive Assistant will help streamline daily operations, uphold confidentiality, and support initiatives that contribute to organizational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential document handling.
  • Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as office coordination, records management, and document preparation.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and basic financial tracking for executive travel and business activities.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Candidates should ideally have strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should ideally be proficient with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and collaboration platforms.
  • Candidates should ideally have prior experience supporting senior leaders; experience in technology or AI-focused organizations is an advantage.
  • Candidates should ideally hold a bachelors degree in business, administration, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
