Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews and board meetings.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and follow up on key action points and strategic deliverables.

Executive Operations:

  • Manage and prioritize the Directors schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Attend high-level meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Director and senior leadership, clients, consultants, and external partners.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental and cross-functional communications and activities.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee key cross-functional projects on behalf of the Director.

Ensure timelines, milestones, and reporting metrics are adhered to.
