Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Artwork Development Executive responsible for creating, modifying, and managing packaging artworks in line with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and print specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt packaging artworks for labels, cartons, and flexible packaging
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, and Printers)
• Review and proof artworks for accuracy (content, color, layout, legal text)
• Manage artwork version control and approvals
• Work on amendments, language adaptations, and market-specific changes
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure artwork feasibility and print readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in artwork development/packaging design
• Good with communication
• Understanding of printing processes (flexo, gravure, offset)
• Knowledge of packaging materials and artwork specifications
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
