About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Ignite to support Apexon Ignite initiatives across Social Impact initiatives across key domains including Learning, Skill Development, Womens Health and Sustainability. The role will focus on project management, NGO partnerships, employee volunteering, compliance, reporting, and supporting implementation of the ESG Charter across business locations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of Ignite projects across focus areas.
- Ensure timely implementation aligned with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal Ignite Champions and external partners for implementation.
- Identify new opportunities to engage with the community.
NGO & Partner Management
- Identify suitable NGO partners and evaluate project proposals.
- Build relationships with NGO partners, agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct partner performance reviews, recommend improvements and ensure measurable outcomes.
CSR Compliance & Reporting
- Support compliance under Companies Act, 2013 and internal CSR processes.
- Maintain project documentation, agreements, utilization records, and trackers.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and impact summaries.
Monitoring & Field Visits
- Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and evaluation of Ignite projects.
- Track outcomes through data, stories, beneficiary feedback, and testimonials.
- Prepare field reports and suggest improvements.
Employee Volunteering
- Drive employee participation in regular and flagship volunteering initiatives.
- Coordinate volunteering events, and engagement campaigns, and support flagship programs such as Global Ignite Week etc.
- Ensure meaningful volunteer experiences and impact.
Reporting & Documentation
- Support Impact Assessment, with the preparation of reports, dashboards, case studies, and management updates.
- Develop success stories and communication content.
- Maintain structured MIS and documentation for Ignite initiatives.
Vendor & Admin Coordination
- Manage vendors for logistics, events, materials, and administrative requirements.
ESG Support & Data Management
- Support implementation of the ESG Charter across locations.
- Compile and consolidate data from cross-functional teams for ESG requirements.
- Maintain sustainability MIS, trackers, and monthly / quarterly reports.
- Support ESG reporting and disclosures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake any other tasks assigned under Ignite or business priorities.
Qualifications
- MSW / MBA / Relevant Masters Degree preferred
- ESG / Sustainability certifications preferred.
Experience
- 23 years in in CSR, NGO sector, social impact programs, community development, or corporate foundation roles.
