Job Description
Job Purpose:
To manage administrative operations of the Mumbai office, oversee company properties, coordinate VIP movements, and handle banking, billing, and support functions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day administration of the office
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and maintenance
Handle general office-related work and coordination
2. Property Management
Take care of company properties.
Coordinate maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties
3. Banking & Locker Management
Handle bank-related activities including locker operations
Coordinate with banks for documentation and compliance
4. VIP Movement & Protocol Coordination
Arrange and monitor VIP duties for drivers in Mumbai
Coordinate with airport protocol authorities for VIP movements
Ensure timely vehicle arrangements and proper scheduling
5. Vehicle Management
Oversee maintenance and usage of VIP cars
Ensure vehicles are in good condition and properly allocated
6. Finance & Accounts Support
Handle Mumbai petty cash and maintain proper records
Follow up on payments with customers
Support in GST billing for Mumbai customers
7. Tender & Documentation
Participate in tender procedures and submission processes
Maintain proper documentation and records
8. Customer Coordination
Visit customers as required for business coordination
Maintain good relationships and ensure service support
Qualification & Skills Required
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
10 years of experience in administration / coordination roles
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of banking procedures and GST billing
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Basic accounting and documentation skills
