Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain books of accounts and pass daily accounting entries

* Preparation and maintenance of ledgers, journals, and trial balance

* Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

* Support in income tax filings and audits

* Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis

* Handling accounts payable and receivable

* Vendor and customer account reconciliation

* Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records

* Assisting in finalization of accounts

* Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.)

* Handling TDS/TCS compliance and return filings

Key Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Attention to detail and accuracy

4. Good communication skills

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com/MBA (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in professional services sales (CA, CS, Legal, or Financial Consulting firms).

Familiarity with startup ecosystem and business compliance requirements.
