Role Summary - Execution Trader (Cash-Futures Arbitrage & Futures Rollovers)

We are looking for an experienced trader to join our team and take ownership of cash-futures arbitrage and futures rollover execution.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, executing, and managing cash-futures arbitrage opportunities and futures rollovers on NSE. The role combines live trade execution, strategy research, and direct interaction with clients, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in front of a screen and on a call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cash-futures arbitrage trades on NSE with precision and speed
• Handle futures rollovers across expiries efficiently
• Execute fresh arbitrage (FA) and reverse arbitrage (RA) trades in cash-futures
• Monitor spreads, roll yields, and basis movements to identify profitable opportunities
• Build, test, and refine arbitrage strategies in collaboration with the research team
• Manage trade lifecycle end-to-end, including risk monitoring and position reconciliation
• Communicate strategies, performance, and market views clearly to clients
• Contribute to ongoing research on market microstructure and execution improvements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cash-futures arbitrage execution and futures rollovers on NSE (non-negotiable, candidates without direct execution experience will not be considered)
• Hands-on experience with FA/RA execution in cash-futures
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to speak to clients and present research findings
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude
