Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate who can manage end-to-end planning and execution of company expos across different cities and states. The role also involves handling social media activities and coordinating with the design team for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Expo & Event Management

• Plan and execute company participation in expos across multiple locations
• Handle complete travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and food for the team
• Coordinate logistics from departure to return (tickets, bookings, schedules, etc.)
• Liaise with expo organizers, vendors, and internal teams

Team Coordination

• Manage team requirements during travel and events
• Act as the point of contact for all event-related communication
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the expo

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan and manage social media posts related to events and brand promotions
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, templates, and advertisements

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in event management, travel planning, or logistics preferred
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital ads
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
