Event Executive

We are looking for Events Executive at Airport in South India.

Job Description:

The job will involve understanding internal customers requirements, initiating briefing sessions, managing pitches by external event agencies, and executing events for Airport in South India.

in coordination with professional Event Agencies.

Responsibilities

1. Briefing external event agencies according to requirements, target audience, and objectives

2. Facilitating evaluation of event proposals in conjunction with internal customers

3. Coordinating with the procurement team and the external event agency

4. Overall responsibility for event planning, design, and production within time limits

5. Managing operational and administrative aspects to ensure flawless executions

6. Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events

7. Liaison with local authorities for permissions and clearances for the execution of events.

Desired Skills

1. Bachelors Degree in hospitality, communications, public relations, or a related field

2. Post-Graduation in Marketing, Marketing Communication (preferred)

3. Good negotiation, sales and marketing skills

4. Excellent organizational skills

5. An ability to multi-task

6. Good communication and people skills

7. Creative approach to problem-solving

8. High level of attention to detail

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

10. 3-5 Years experience with 2 most recent jobs being in an Event Management Agency of repute.

11. Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi preferred.
