We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Event Conceptualiser to join a leading event & experiential agency.
Role: Event Conceptualiser
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 57 Years
Work Mode: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and develop innovative event concepts
- Create themes, storytelling ideas, and experiential engagement formats
- Build impactful pitch decks, presentations, and mood boards
- Collaborate closely with creative and client servicing teams
- Research trends, dcor concepts, entertainment ideas and activation formats
- Work on corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and experiential campaigns
What Were Looking For:
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
- Prior experience in event / experiential / activation agencies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Passion for events, branding, and experiential storytelling
- Energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional
