About the Role

• We are looking for an energetic, creative, and people-friendly Community & Events Associate to help build vibrant resident communities across our properties.
• This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, planning engaging events, and building meaningful connections.
• You will play a key role in making our spaces more than just places to stay turning them into thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute engaging community events, game nights, workshops, celebrations, and networking sessions
• Create fun and meaningful resident engagement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with residents and foster a sense of belonging
• Drive onboarding experiences for new residents and help them settle into the community
• Collaborate with local brands, creators, and partners for exciting events and perks
• Support content creation for social media and community communication channels

Who Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related fields
• 0 - 3 years of experience in events, community building, hospitality, marketing, or engagement roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with strong execution abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
