Job Requirements

Experience in managing, deploying, and transforming to Windows 10 Modern Management(Workspace One, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc);

Experience in managing Mobile Devices management systems (Android, iOS and mac)

Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be additional advantage.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise related to mobile, mac, and windows platforms.

Provide support for system administrator who does administration by deploying software and configuring Windows Firewall settings on computers based upon policies

Knowledge on Apple Business Manager, Apple Developer Portal

Unattended enrollment of Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices

Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10

Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, and HoloLens devices.

Provide resolutions for complex customer issues on Troubleshooting skills

Must be Good in PC management
