Job Description

Role: EUC Technicians -Deskside remote support

Location: Hyderabad

Exp: 4-7 yrs

Mode of interview : Virtual

Must Have Skills:


  1. ServiceNow ITSM & EUC Incident Management

Strong hands-on experience using ServiceNow ITSM for managing EUC-related incidents, service requests, escalations, and SLA-driven ticket resolution.

  1. End User Computing (EUC) SME Expertise

Deep expertise in supporting Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, standard enterprise applications, printers, mobility devices, and virtual desktop environments.

  1. EUC Tools & Technologies

Experience with tools such as SCCM, Intune, software deployment, patching, asset management, and endpoint security tools.

  1. Problem Management & Root Cause Analysis

Ability to analyze recurring EUC issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with engineering teams to implement permanent fixes.

  1. Stakeholder Communication & User Experience

Strong communication skills to handle senior stakeholders, VIP users, and coordinate across L1/L2/L3 support teams to ensure positive end-user experience.


Good to have:

  • Microsoft Certification: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience with Nexthink, SysTrack, or Endpoint Analytics
  • EUC transformation or modernization
