Job Description

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

L1/L2 Support role

Work Mode: WFO/Onsite

Experience:

  • L1: 13 years
  • L2: 35 years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot advanced OS, application, and hardware issues
  • Manage Active Directory (user/group policies, permissions)
  • Handle software deployments and patching
  • Support VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint security tools
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Coordinate with vendors (hardware/software)
  • Mentor L1 engineers

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, Outlook
  • Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
  • SCCM / Intune / endpoint management tools
  • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
