Job Description
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
L1/L2 Support role
Work Mode: WFO/Onsite
Experience:
- L1: 13 years
- L2: 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot advanced OS, application, and hardware issues
- Manage Active Directory (user/group policies, permissions)
- Handle software deployments and patching
- Support VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint security tools
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Coordinate with vendors (hardware/software)
- Mentor L1 engineers
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, Outlook
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- SCCM / Intune / endpoint management tools
- Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
