Role: ETL Developer (Informatica/Abinitio/Talend/Cognos)
Desired Experience Range: 3-10 Years
Location: Bhubaneswar
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
· Extract data from multiple sources (databases, files, APIs), transform it, and load into target systems
· Develop and optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
· Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements
· Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and validation checks
· Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
· Maintain ETL job schedules, dependencies, a nd monitoring
· Prepare technical documentation and follow data governance standards
· Support enhancements and migration initiatives (on-prem to cloud, if applicable)
