Key Responsibilities

• :Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• .Prepare quantity take-offs for faade, glazing, aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding systems
• .Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• .Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors
• .Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• .Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• .Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
• .Prepare tender submissions and technical-commercial proposals
• .Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records
• .Support project handover after award

.Required Skills

• :Knowledge of faade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminum windows, and doors
• .Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• .Quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
• .Cost estimation and budgeting
• .Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD
• .Knowledge of ERP/software such as SAP, Primavera, or estimation tools is an advantage

.Qualifications

• :B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field
• .28 years of experience in faade, glazing, aluminum window, or construction estimation
