Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Faade Estimation Engineer to support our pre-contract and commercial functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cost estimation, tendering, and technical evaluation of window faade systems, along with a strong understanding of industry standards and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for window faade systems including glazing, aluminum, ACP, and related components
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Manage tendering activities including quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid submissions
• Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and project execution teams
• Conduct vendor analysis, obtain quotations, and ensure competitive pricing
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize cost without compromising quality
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in window faade estimation or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of window faade systems, materials, and installation practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
