Job Description – Esker AP Automation Specialist
Role Summary
Looking for a Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in Esker AP Automation to manage invoice processing, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Esker platform (profiles, workflows, OCR, inbound channels)
- Handle invoice lifecycle including validation, approval, and rejection
- Support PO & Non-PO invoice processing and reconciliation logic
- Work on Esker–ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Infor CSI) via APIs/SFTP
- Troubleshoot invoice errors, mapping issues, and runtime failures
- Act as SPOC for Esker-related issues and coordinate with AP & ERP teams
- Provide production support, debugging, and issue resolution
- Prepare documentation and support KT sessions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Esker AP Automation
- Knowledge of AP processes and invoice workflows
- Experience with API integrations, JSON/XML
- Basic JavaScript for logic handling
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
