Role Description

We are looking for a ERP Project Manager with strong development expertise to lead ERP implementation, customisation, and product enhancement projects. This role requires a blend of technical hands-on skills and project management capabilities to deliver scalable, high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP development and implementation projects.
• Work closely with clients, functional consultants, and developers to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Write/review code for complex customizations, integrations, and feature enhancements.
• Guide the dev team on best practices, architecture decisions, and technical standards.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Oversee ERP customization, workflow automation, API integrations, and data migration.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremoniessprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and deployment plans.
• Ensure successful UAT, user training, and post-go-live support planning.

Required Skills

• Strong development experience in ERP platforms (ERPNext/Frappe preferred, Odoo, SAP B1, Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, server-side logic, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework (highly preferred) or any similar backend framework.
• Deep understanding of ERP modules (HR, Finance, CRM, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing).
• Strong debugging skills and ability to design scalable architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, Agile/Scrum workflows.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, bench management (for ERPNext).
• PM certifications (PMP, CSM, Agile) are a plus.
