Job Description

• The client is seeking an ERP Implementation and Support Engineer to oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems for clients across various industries.
• The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements, mapping these requirements into the ERP system, and ensuring seamless integration across modules such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, and HR.
• The position requires conducting user-specific and department-specific training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of the ERP system.
• Additionally, the role includes preparing customized reports, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and providing post-implementation support to address any issues or enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement ERP applications at client locations
• Provide user-wise and department-wise training on ERP systems
• Analyze and map client business requirements into ERP configurations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data setup and documentation
• Prepare user-defined reports and maintain proper documentation
• Handle end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Work on ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, and HR
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure timely project delivery and meet utilization targets
