We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Equity Research Analysts at our office in Thane (Hiranandani Estate).

• Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of listed companies (primarily small & mid caps)
• Study annual reports, concall transcripts, investor presentations, and industry data
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks
• Track sectoral trends and identify emerging investment opportunities
• Assist in generating high-quality research reports with clear investment rationale
• Monitor portfolio companies and provide regular updates
  

• Strong interest in equity markets and long-term investing
• Basic understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to read, interpret, and question business data
• Good communication and writing skills
