NDPMS Dealer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dealer to join our Non-Discretionary Portfolio Management Services (NDPMS) desk. You will be responsible for the efficient execution of equity trades, ensuring 100% accuracy in order placement, and maintaining rigorous post-trade documentation. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong grasp of market mechanics and a "zero-error" mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Execution: Execute buy/sell orders in the Indian Equity markets across various terminals accurately and timely, as per instructions.
• Trade Reconciliation: Match actual executed trades with placed orders at the end of each session to ensure no slippage or errors.
• Data Management: Maintain and update daily trade sheets, transaction records, and portfolio data with high precision.
• Confirmation & Reporting: Provide timely trade confirmations to clients/fund managers and coordinate with the back-office for smooth settlement.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and internal risk management policies during execution.
• Reporting: Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain historical data sheets using MS Excel.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 12 years of experience in equity dealing, stockbroking.
• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Indian Equity Market, including Cash and F&O segments, and settlement cycles (T+1).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel for data sheets) and familiarity with trading terminals.
• Certifications: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Ability to remain calm under market pressure, high numerical aptitude, and excellent communication skills for trade confirmations.
