Roles and Responsibilities:

NetSuite Development & Customization:

• Build and maintain solutions using SuiteScript 2.x.
• Customize records, fields, forms, and workflows including Advanced PDF/HTML templates.
• Develop RESTlets and custom APIs with proper authentication and error handling.

Integrations:

• Design and support integrations using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), RESTlets, and webhooks.
• Work with iPaaS tools (MuleSoft preferred) to enable seamless data flow across systems.
• Integrate NetSuite with external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, data warehouses).
• Ensure integration reliability through logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms.

Administration & Support:

• Manage NetSuite configurations across financial and operational modules.
• Create and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
• Handle user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Support issue resolution, release readiness, and system stability.

Data & Operations:

• Maintain data quality through validations and reconciliation processes.
• Support SDLC activities including UAT, testing, and sandbox deployments.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite administration and development.
• Expertise in SuiteScript (2.x), RESTlets, and SuiteTalk integrations.
• Experience with iPaaS tools, preferably MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of HTML/HTML5 and Advanced PDF/Interactive PDF templates.
• Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) is an advantage.
• Experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Ability to manage data quality, system configurations, and security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
