Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Experience:

1. Business & Functional understanding of ERP Modules such as Accounting and Financial Management, Human Resources (HR), Manufacturing and Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI).
2. Strong understanding of ERP systems, database management, and software development principles.
3. Software Experience:

• Programming Language: Python, PHP, Visual Basic.
• Frame Work: Microsoft.Net, Laravel
• Front End: JavaScript, HTML, Blazer, .Net Core, CSS: Bootstrap, React.
• Database: My SQL and SQL.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering: Along with ERP solution provider, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements, Workflow for the ERP system.
2. Implementation: With Technical support of ERP solution provider, Implement ERP solutions that meet the organization's needs, including customizing and configuring ERP software.
3. Customization and Configuration: Finalize with stakeholder change requirements and communicate the same to ERP solution provider for Modifying ERP systems to fit specific business requirements, including creating custom modules or extensions.
4. Testing and Validation: Along with ERP Solution provider, performing unit, software system, and user acceptance testing to ensure the ERP system functions correctly and meets requirements.
5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Using Remote support from ERP Solution provider, Identify and resolving issues within the ERP system, ensuring its stability and reliability.
6. User Training: Providing training to end-users on how to use the ERP system effectively.
7. Data Migration: Using Standard tools from ERP solution providers, import data from existing systems into the new ERP system.
8. Documentation:Developing and maintaining documentation for the ERP system, including user manuals, configuration guides, and technical specifications.
