As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to understand their enterprise transformation needs and providing expert guidance on technology platforms. This role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and recommending strategies that align with business objectives. The advisor collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or functions, ensuring that the transformation delivers measurable value and supports long-term organizational goals.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technology strategies with business needs.
- Support the development and deployment of technology assets that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform advisory services and maintain expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and integration approaches.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Capability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive transformation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
