Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that may span multiple technology platforms. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for enterprise transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in enterprise platform advisory and transformation strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex technology landscapes and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Experience in developing industry-specific technology assets and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Capability to lead and influence decision-making processes in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Additional Information:
