Job Description

Managing end-to-end project life cycle of Salesforce implementations including Business Process workshops,
Documentation, Project Management, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Client Engagement.
Salesforce skills include Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Processes, Communities, Apex Customization, Integration with
external systems and Data Migration.
Provide Pre-Sales support by delivering customized product demos, mapping client requirements to Salesforce solutions
and drafting implementation proposals.
Mentor new hires and responsible for ensuring progress as per the growth plan.
Undertook analysis of existing operations towards identifying and recommending improvement levers to achieve greater
operational efficiency.
Increased productivity of administrative and sales functions through designing information databases to include
customized reports, automated alerts and reduce human error in tracking, order processing and payment collections
Evaluated the existing pricing model and identified mispricing of certain products. Implementing a more accurate costing
and pricing system that is expected to generate revenue over the next year.

Desired Skills

We required 6 Years+ experience as Salesforce consultant.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect
Extensive experience across multiple domains in CRM implementations and software development projects.
