Enterprise Architect

About Position:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in microservices, cloud-native architecture, design patterns, event-driven systems, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

• Define, design, and govern enterprisewide architecture spanning applications, data, cloud, integration, and security.
• Lead architecture strategy for core banking, lending, payments, digital channels, regulatory & compliance systems, etc.
• Drive modernization initiatives including Microservices, APIfirst design, CloudNative architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP), eventdriven systems, and distributed architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership for large programs across multiple LOBs; ensure alignment with business goals and technology roadmap.
• Evaluate, design, and integrate GenAIled solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows) into enterprise ecosystems.
• Guide engineering teams on best practices, reference architectures, reusable patterns, performance engineering, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Support technical due diligence, platform assessments, solution reviews, and technology selection.
• Collaborate closely with CXOs, domain SMEs, product teams, cybersecurity, enterprise governance, and delivery leadership.
• Mentor and develop senior architects, solution leads, and engineering teams.
• Govern architecture reviews, risk identification, cost optimization, and security posture improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman or equivalent).
• Microservices, API gateways, eventdriven patterns, domaindriven design.
• Cloudnative solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• GenAI & Advanced Engineering
• (Benchmarked against internal GenAI Architect criteria from JD_Gen AI Architect )
• Experience implementing agentic AI systems, LLMOps, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI.
• Ability to integrate GenAI into enterprise workflows responsibly & securely.
