The Role

Teach English and Coding to K-12 students through our interactive online platform. You'll develop confident communicators and creative problem-solvers - helping students excel in both language arts and computational thinking.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging live lessons in English and Coding tailored to each student's pace
• English: Develop reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, literature analysis, and critical thinking
• Coding: Build programming fundamentalslogic, problem-solving, app development, and coding best practices
• Prepare students for English exams: GCSE, IGCSE, 11+, and competitive entrance assessments
• Teach exam technique: mark-maximising strategies for English, time management, and structured approaches
• Guide students through writing quality essays and building functional code projects
• Track progress, assign targeted practice, and provide constructive feedback across both subjects
• Partner with parents through regular progress check-ins
• Stay current through training and curriculum development programs

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree (BA, MA, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent) with strong background in English and Computer Science/Coding
• Strong English communicationpatient and able to simplify complex concepts
• Proven expertise in exam-level English (GCSE, IGCSE, 11+, or equivalent)
• Solid coding experience: familiarity with programming languages and age-appropriate pedagogy
• Reliable tech setup: laptop/desktop with camera, mic, and stable internet (10 Mbps)

Nice-to-Have:

• Teaching experience in EdTech, tutoring, or exam preparation
• Experience with K-12 CS curriculum design
• Familiarity with beginner-friendly coding tools (Scratch, Python, JavaScript)
• Track record of improving student exam scores and coding proficiency

Commitment

• Minimum 100 hours/month
• Choose UK or Australia timezone availability
