Job Description
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services by contributing to the development of technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role includes collaborating across various engineering disciplines to ensure structural integrity and compliance, assisting in the management of design and qualification processes, and applying practical knowledge to meet business goals. This position requires active engagement in problem-solving activities and coordination with team members to maintain project progress and quality standards throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in repair manual development.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards and best practices for engineering manuals.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance requirements related to aircraft structures.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical information within documentation and team interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing technical content.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
