Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Must have skills : Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines
Good to have skills : Aircraft Maintenance, A&D Defense
Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education BE BTech AME
Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities that contribute to the development of technical solutions aimed at addressing complex challenges and fulfilling organizational goals. The role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. Daily tasks may include analyzing engineering problems, coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes and technical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing insights to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Defense, Aircraft Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of engineering documentation standards and technical writing principles.
- Familiarity with structural and stress analysis concepts relevant to aerospace engineering.
- Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Competence in using engineering software tools for documentation and configuration management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education, BE, BTech, or AME is required.
