• Experience: 10+ years in Tech/SaaS/Automation, with at least 2 years of people management.
• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with productivity platforms like GitHub Copilot, Agentforce, or Cortex.
• Integration Mastery: A deep understanding of APIs and automation engines (e.g., Workato, Power Automate, Zapier).
• Orchestration Knowledge: Familiarity with AI interoperability (Agent-to-Agent orchestration and system-to-system integrations).
• The "X-Factor": Strong background in enterprise systems like CRM (Salesforce) and Data Warehousing (Snowflake).

The Mission

In this role, you aren't just managing tools; you are leading a movement. What Youll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a high-performing team of AI and automation specialists.
• Innovate & Pilot: Build POCs and integrations using emerging tech like Snowflake Cortex and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Scale Solutions: Partner with business leaders to deploy AI across the enterprise, ensuring seamless interoperability (A2A).
• Govern with Integrity: Champion responsible AI use, maintaining the highest standards for data privacy and governance.
• Optimize Workflows: Evaluate SaaS tools to turn manual bottlenecks into automated wins.
