Hiring: Engineering Manager | AI Startup | Gurgaon | 90L1Cr Base

Location: Gurgaon

Compensation: 90 Lakhs 1 Crore (Base)

We're building at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and enterprise software, and are looking for an Engineering Manager who enjoys solving hard technical problems while leading high-performing teams.

What we're looking for:

913 years of backend engineering experience

12 years as an Engineering Manager

Startup experience (Seed / Series A / Series B) is mandatory

Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go

Experience building AI/LLM infrastructure in production (RAG pipelines, vector databases, inference systems, LLM serving, etc.)

Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and scalable architectures

What you'll do:

Lead backend architecture and engineering execution

Build scalable APIs, platforms, and data systems

Partner closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams

Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence across the organization

Drive reliability, performance, security, and engineering best practices

Own key technical decisions that shape the future of the product
