You will also establish and mature test automation strategies for HCM configuration, API layers, and integration flows.
  • Agile Delivery: You will own sprint planning, execution, retrospectives, and velocity tracking for HCM delivery squads driving predictable delivery through well-defined acceptance criteria and managing cross-team dependencies, UAT cycles, and go-live readiness.
  • People Leadership: You will build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Oracle HCM technical and functional consultants conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and structured career development conversations while fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Governance: You will serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for HR leadership, business owners, and C-suite stakeholders translating complex technical constraints into executive narratives, managing Oracle support relationships, and governing external partners to SLA and quality standards.
