Engineering Manager

IntelleWings is hiring Sr Engineering manager.

Key Technical Skills:

Thought leadership, architectural and design thinking, and experience managing high-volume traffic systems with a focus on scalability and robustness. Ability to transform business needs into small chunked but cohesive tech stories. Strong product management skills, including defining product roadmaps and milestones and serving as an orchestrator or Scrum Master for epics and stories. Sound knowledge of design patterns, real-world experience in data science models, and full-stack development experience. DevOps/cloud experience is a significant plus. Experience in FinTech product development and the engineering behind it will be an added advantage.
