• Architect the Future: Own the technical roadmap for modern React/TypeScript applications and robust Java/Spring Boot backends.
• Champion AI: Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the user journey and leverage AI tools to 10x developer productivity.
• Drive Execution: Partner with Product and UX to turn vision into reality, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term architectural health.

• The Veteran: 13+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in a dedicated leadership role.
• The Architect: Deeply technical in React/TS and SaaS distributed systems (AWS).
• The Innovator: You have a proven track record of integrating AI/ML into applications and engineering workflows.
